Instrument and Equipment Repairs
Here at EMICS we are very proud of our equipment repair and calibration services, offering not only instrument repairs but genuine cost effective alternatives to purchasing new equipment. Our highly skilled repair engineers work to component level and can therefore offer a comprehensive service for many types of instrument.
Unlike a lot of services offered in the calibration marketplace ours is an in house repair facility offering a minimum of a 30 day guarantee on our repairs. If you have equipment that is faulty please feel free to give us a try at no cost to yourself. Once assessed we will e-mail or fax a detailed report including the following;
- fault diagnosis
- labour cost
- parts required
- lead time for the spares
- an estimated delivery date
If for some reason the quote is declined the instrument will be returned (unlikfe most of our competitors) without an investigation fee.
A quote for the cost to replace the instrument will be supplied upon request.
